This investment guide provides an indicative view of the investment required to deliver a full refurbishment, from design concept through to installation, which includes all fixtures, furniture, flooring, wall finish, lighting, design, project management and labour fees.

Variables such as the type of product and the extent of refurbishment will have an effect on the above. Depending on the condition of your home and the things in it we might be able to salvage and refurbish items. For example, if you have a good quality kitchen there is no need to replace it, we can look to refurbish it by potentially changing dated appliances, repainting it and installing a new countertop with a splashback to give it a new look.

*An in-home consultation is a working meeting where we come out to discuss your requirements and answer any questions you might have, you will be meeting with the founder Karina Fisun and potentially one assistant depending on the project size, we will give you all our insights and observations to help you understand your homes full potential and at the end draw up a detailed scope of works with timelines and a fixed design fee for your project.
